Sparks, smoke, a shock or a line down?
We're a referral service and can't send anyone out. Call 111 for fire, smoke or someone hurt, and don't touch a person who may still be in contact with the power. Treat fallen lines as live, keep at least 10 metres away and call 111. Burn marks, a strange smell or crackling at your switchboard: leave it alone and contact your lines company straight away.
